Speciality Fine Food Fair

Grana Padano will be exhibiting at the Speciality Fine Food Fair in London for the first time this September. This established trade fair attracts high-profile visitors each year including an elite range of buyers, retailers including multiples, farm shops and delicatessens, chefs, hoteliers, restaurateurs and many more. The fair will provide an opportunity to promote Grana Padano to industry, growing the trade’s knowledge and awareness of Grana Padano cheese.

On the Grana Padano stand, chef Danilo Cortellini will be cooking up a storm for visitors to the fair to sample some of his delicious Grana Padano recipes and feeding hungry trade guests at lunchtime. He will be presenting his famous Puffed Rind canapés and preparing fresh Cavatelli pasta with lemon, basil and Grana Padano and Risotto with figs and pistachios.

The Consorzio Tutela Grana Padano will sponsor the VIP area of the fair, which includes a presentation on the Tasting Trends stage highlighting Grana Padano’s commitment to sustainability. Additionally, Danilo will host a curated tasting session in the VIP lounge, serving a risotto or pasta in a half-wheel of Grana Padano, giving key trade members the opportunity to sample Grana Padano, inspiring them with the cheese’s flavour and versatility.
