Salad with mixed greens, cannellini beans, green beans, hard-boiled eggs, chives and Grana Padano
Ingredients150 g mixed greens
100 g Grana Padano PDO in shavings
4 hard-boiled eggs
200 g canned cannellini beans (drained)
200 g green beans
1 bunch chives
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 pinch salt
ground black pepper to taste
PreparationWash and dry the salad and place it in a large bowl.
Add the cannellini beans, the green beans, previously boiled and dried, chopped chives and shavings of Grana Padano PDO. Dress with extra virgin olive oil and mix, season with salt and serve with a freshly ground black pepper, garnishing with hard-boiled eggs and shavings of Grana Padano.
