SIAL 2026

From 17 to 21 October 2026, Grana Padano will participate in the 61st edition of SIAL Paris, held at Paris Nord Villepinte, within the AFIDOP (Association of Italian PDO Cheeses) collective area together with the protection consortia of Taleggio, Gorgonzola, Mozzarella di Bufala, Piave and Caciocavallo Silano. The stand will cover an area of approximately 165 sqm and will be in Hall 7, stand B161.

At the previous edition in 2024, SIAL Paris brought together more than 7,500 exhibitors from 127 countries, showcasing over 400,000 products, and attracted more than 285,000 professional visitors from over 200 countries and with around 79% of visitors coming from outside France.

SIAL Paris has already announced that the 2026 edition is expected to set a new record, with more than 8,000 exhibitors.

During the first three days of the exhibition, Chef Carla Ferrari, an Italian-French chef, former Top Chef France finalist and Executive Chef of the French restaurant group Pizza Cosy, will provide a bespoke catering service featuring the participating PDO cheeses in a selection of exclusive recipes.

Throughout the show, the Consortium will offer tastings of Grana Padano Riserva, aged over 22 months, and will host members and business partners in a dedicated hospitality area.
