Summer Fancy Food Show 2026

The Consorzio Tutela Grana Padano PDO will participate in the Summer Fancy Food Show 2026, North America’s leading specialty food and beverage trade event, taking place from June 28–30 at the Javits Center in New York City.

Located within the Italian Pavilion, the Consortium will welcome industry professionals, buyers, journalists and food enthusiasts to discover the quality, tradition and excellence of the world’s most consumed PDO cheese.

Visitors to the stand will have the opportunity to taste Grana Padano PDO on its own and enjoy recipes prepared by the creators of GialloZafferano Loves Italy. The dishes will be accompanied by insights from a nutritionist, who will highlight the product’s nutritional benefits, including its high-quality protein content, calcium contribution and role within a balanced diet.
