Salon du Fromage 2026

From 7th to 9th June, Grana Padano PDO cheese will be featured at the Salon du Fromage, a leading international event for the dairy sector, held in Paris every two years.

The Salon du Fromage is a key event for professionals, producers and specialised operators, offering a comprehensive overview of dairy excellence, emerging consumer trends and product innovations.

Held every two years, the exhibition brings together around 290 exhibitors and more than 8,500 professional visitors from all over the world, including buyers, distributors, retailers and foodservice operators, fostering meetings, business exchanges and opportunities for professional development through tastings, demonstrations and thematic content.

The event stands out for its focus on quality, origin and product culture, promoting the traditions and expertise of production territories.

This participation marks the second time the Consorzio is attending the Salon du Fromage, confirming the strategic importance of the event for the sector.

The Consorzio will welcome visitors at stand P-017, where they will have the opportunity to take part in tastings and discover first-hand the distinctive characteristics, quality and versatility of Grana Padano PDO.

The event represents an important opportunity to meet industry professionals, partners and stakeholders and to share the values of one of the most representative PDO cheeses of the Italian dairy tradition.
