    Fruit Smoothie with Grana Padano

    Ingredients

    • 100 g blueberries
    • 100 g raspberries
    • 100 g apples (golden delicious for ex)
    • 100 g ripe pears (Williams)
    • 100 g low-fat yoghurt
    • 100 g Grana Padano

    Preparation

     

    STEP 1

    Blend the sliced apples with the blueberries, raspberries, yoghurt and chopped pears and leave in the fridge for 10 minutes.

    STEP 2

    Cut the Grana Padano into chunks and skewer them onto 4 long cocktail sticks.
    Pour the smoothie into 4 glasses and serve with the cheese sticks.
