    Beef Carpaccio with Capers, Rocket and Shavings of Grana Padano Riserva

    • 400 g thin slices of beef filet
    • 100 g Grana Padano Riserva
    • 100 g rocket
    • 1 lemon (juice)
    • 1 handful of capers
    • Extra virgin olive oil
    • salt
    • pepper


    STEP 1

    Prepare a lemon dressing by emulsifying the lemon juice with salt, pepper and olive oil.

    STEP 2

    Arrange the rocket on a serving platter, add the meat, shavings of Grana Padano Riserva and capers.

    STEP 3

    Serve topped with the lemon dressing.
