Fish skewers au gratin with Grana Padano, breadcrumbs, lime, and parsley

1 sword fish stake
1 salmon stake
50 g Grana Padano
50 g breadcrumbs
1 sprig of parsley
Lime
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt & pepper

Preparation
STEP 1
Dice the sword fish and the salmon and prepare the skewers alternating the fish.
STEP 2
In a blender, mix the parsley, breadcrumbs, Grana Padano and a pinch of salt until fine and even. Brush the fish skewers with oil and press them in the breading mix making sure it sticks as much as possible.
STEP 3
Arrange the breaded skewers on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for 10-15 minutes, turning them over halfway through.
STEP 4
Serve the skewers warm, garnished with lime and fresh parsley.
