From 29th June till 1st July in New York City

Berni: “Grana Padano’s participation in the 2025 Summer Fancy Food Show confirms our commitment to bringing the excellence of Made in Italy to tables all over the world.”

Desenzano del Garda (BS), 26 June 2025 –   The Grana Padano Protection Consortium, dedicated to promoting the value and excellence of the world’s most well-known and widely consumed PDO cheese, will take part in the 69th edition of the Summer Fancy Food Show, scheduled from June 29 to July 1 at the Javits Center in New York.

Recognised as the largest trade event in the United States dedicated to food products, the Summer Fancy Food Show offers an extraordinary opportunity to showcase the latest innovations and finest excellence in food & beverage to an audience of over 30,000 industry professionals, including producers, buyers, brokers, distributors, and specialized operators.

Within the Italian Pavilion, at booth 2527, the Grana Padano Consortium will welcome members and visitors with exclusive tastings of 24-month aged Grana Padano Riserva, celebrating the quality, tradition, and craftsmanship that have made this PDO cheese an icon of Italian agri-food excellence.

Enhancing the experience further, thanks to a collaboration with Giallo Loves Italy, two unmissable live show-cooking sessions will be held each day, featuring some of the most followed content creators: @cooker.girl, @flavorsbyalessandra, and @chefmarco_nyc. These three talents will take turns preparing creative and delicious dishes based on Grana Padano, offering the audience a true journey of flavour.

“Grana Padano’s participation in the 2025 Summer Fancy Food Show,” said Stefano Berni, General Director of the Consortium, “is not just an international showcase, but a confirmation of our commitment to bringing the excellence of Made in Italy to tables around the world, strengthening our special bond with the U.S. market, where taste and quality are increasingly appreciated—regardless of the senseless imposition of tariffs that ultimately harm consumers.”

In addition to participating in the trade show, the Consortium will also host an exclusive event on June 30 at Bar 65 (Rockefeller Center), dedicated to consortium members, their guests, and institutional representatives. During the evening, a culinary contest organised in collaboration with Giallo Loves Italy will take place between @cookergirl (Aurora Cavallo) and @chefmarco_nyc, who will compete in reinterpreting the classic risotto alla milanese:, one in a traditional style and the other with a contemporary twist—both celebrating flavour and well-being.
