Grana Padano takes part in the 104th edition of ANUGA, the world’s leading Food & Beverage trade fair, as part of the AFIDOP (Association of Italian PDO Cheeses) collective.
Alongside the Consortia of Taleggio, Asiago, Gorgonzola, Mozzarella di Bufala Campana, Piave, and Caciocavallo Silano, it showcases the richness of Italian dairy tradition in a shared space of 180 m², located in Hall 10.1, Stand G070-G078.
A ANUGA is a truly global event, held every two years, attracting over 140,000 visitors from 200 countries and more than 7,850 exhibitors from 118 nations in its last edition. It serves as a key meeting point for industry professionals, buyers, and decision-makers from the world’s top retailers and food businesses.
Visitors to the stand are invited to enjoy tastings of Grana Padano aged 18 months and the prestigious Grana Padano Riserva aged over 24 months. A dedicated hospitality area welcomes consortium members and partners for networking and business meetings.
During the first three days of the fair, Chef Riccardo Cogliano is at the stand preparing live show-cooking dishes featuring all seven PDO cheeses, offering a delicious and memorable experience for consortium members and their guests.
