International Dairy Deli Bakery Association (IDDBA) 2025

From 1ST of June till the 3rd, Grana Padano PDO cheese and Prosciutto di Parma PDO will be present at the International Dairy Deli Bakery Association (IDDBA) 2025 show, at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans, Louisiana. This premier event is a key gathering for professionals in the dairy, deli, bakery, cheese, and supermarket foodservice industries.

The show features over 2,000 booths and is expected to attract around 10.000 attendees. It’s an excellent opportunity for networking, discovering new products, and learning about the latest industry trends. The event will also include various sponsorship opportunities and a New Exhibitor Pavilion.

This activity is the third fair in the US of the 3-year EU promotional program called “Distinctly, Deliciously, European”. The two Protection Consortia will be at stand nr. 1624, offering product tastings of Grana Padano PDO cheese and Prosciutto di Parma PDO, for the hospitality of its members and customers.
