Grana Padano showcases Excellence at the 31st edition of Gulfood 2026 in Dubai

Berni: “A strategic stop to secure key markets and strengthen Grana Padano’s global positioning”

 

Desenzano del Garda (BS), 23 January 2026 – From January 26th to 30th, 2026, the Grana Padano Protection Consortium will participate in Gulfood, the world’s largest annual trade fair dedicated to food and hospitality, held at the Dubai World Trade Centre and, for the first time, also at the Dubai Exhibition Centre at Expo City Dubai. The 31st edition of the event marks a significant expansion, confirming its role as a global reference platform for the agri-food sector.

Gulfood 2026 will host over 8,500 exhibitors from more than 195 countries, showcasing around 1.5 million products. Within the Dairy Pavilion, between the Sheikh Rashid and Maktoum Halls, there will be over 350 exhibitors specialising in the dairy sector.

The Grana Padano Consortium will be in the Dairy Pavilion, Sheikh Rashid Hall, Stand R278, offering daily tastings of Grana Padano aged about 16 months and Riserva aged 20–24 months. Starting at 1:00 PM, chef Francesco Romano, based in Dubai, will hold show cooking sessions dedicated to enhancing the world’s most consumed PDO cheese.
