International Day of Italian Cuisines
On the 17th of January, the Virtual Group of Italian Chefs (GVCI) organized the 9th International Day of Italian Cuisine (IDIC) at Hotel La Gare, in Milan.
This year the official dish was the famous Costoletta alla Milanese.
Among the different chefs, there were Bartolini, Arrigoni, Sacco, Simionato, Enrico Derflingher (Chairman of Eurotoques) and many others.
In that occasion, chef Ceriotti prepared for all his guests a risotto with Grana Padano.
