The #50BestTalks event, from The World's 50 Best Restaurants, brings together the world’s top food leaders to discuss the biggest issues facing gastronomy. 
The most prestigious chefs are present at the event in Paris, including Mauro Colagreco of Mirazur voted The World’s Best Restaurant 2019, in Singapore. 
Grana Padano cheese is the official cheese of the The World's 50 Best Restaurants and is served as aperitivo in the prestigious location of the Musée du Quai Branly Jacques Chirac. 
Moreover, during the event, chefs Chiho Kanzaki and Marcelo Di GIacomo from Virtus Restaurant, are serving a special recipe with Grana Padano  "Tomato, eggplant, Grana Padano crumble, criolla sauce".
