    Fruit and Grana Padano wafers

    100 g strawberries
    100 g peach
    100 g kiwis
    100 g plums
    80 g Grana Padano over 16 months grated.


    STEP 1

    With the help of an 8 cm pastry-cutter, make Grana Padano circles on baking parchment and bake in the microwave for one minute, until nice and bubbly. Leave to cool and repeat the process.


    STEP 2

    Leave to cool and repeat the process.
    Clean and peel the fruit then cut into slices.


    STEP 3

    Divide the fruit onto plates and serve with the Grana Padano wafers.
