    Watermelon salad, misticanza, squash seeds and Grana Padano cheese flakes

    Ingredients

    1/2 watermelon,
    180 g Italian mixed salad,
    100 g Grana Padano shavings,
    40 g pumpkin seeds,
    extra virgin olive oil,
    balsamic vinegar,
    mint,
    salt,
    pepper.

    Preparation

    STEP 1

    Cut the watermelon into cubes, removing the rind and seeds.

     

    STEP 2

    In a bowl, combine the watermelon with the mesclun, pumpkin seeds and shavings of Grana Padano and dress with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.
    Toss and serve.
