National Restaurant Association (NRA) 2026

From 16^th to 19^th May, Grana Padano PDO cheese and Prosciutto di Parma are featured at the National Restaurant Association (NRA) exhibition, one of the most important global events for the foodservice and hospitality industry, held in Chicago, USA.

The NRA Show represents the final international trade fair of the three‑year promotional programme “Distinctly, Deliciously, European”, implemented in the United States and Canada.

About the NRA Show: the NRA exhibition is a major event for the foodservice industry and is the largest gathering of foodservice professionals in the Western Hemisphere, offering a wide range of resources, information, and networking opportunities.

• Exhibitors: In 2025, the National Restaurant Association Show welcomed over 53,000 foodservice professionals from around 110 countries, with approximately 2,300 exhibiting companies showcasing products and solutions across more than 900 categories.
• Educational sessions and live demonstrations led by industry experts, providing insights into the latest trends, consumer behaviour and operational strategies.
