In una piccola pentola porta ad ebollizione il Prosecco DOC con 500ml di acqua. Aggiungi uno spicchio di aglio, una cipolla, un mazzetto di erbe aromatiche, un cucchiaio di miele e lascia ridurre della met\u00e0 a fuoco lento. Una volta pronta, condiscila con un pizzico di sale e pepe.<br \/>\nMetti i filetti di merluzzo in un contenitore ermetico e, una volta cha la marinatura si sar\u00e0 raffreddata, versala sui filetti. Lasciali marinare per una notte in frigorifero. Quando il brodo \u00e8 pronto, passalo in un colino fine ed elimina le croste di Grana Padano e le verdure.
