Desenzano del Garda (BS)<\/strong>, 5 March 2026 – From 10 to 13 March, the Grana Padano Protection Consortium will be taking centre stage at Foodex Japan, the most prominent food and beverage trade fair in the country. The event is a key meeting point for professionals, buyers, and stakeholders in the global agri<\/span>\u2011<\/span>food sector.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n

Participation in the fair represents a strategic opportunity to further strengthen the positioning of Grana Padano \u2013 the world\u2019s most widely consumed PDO cheese \u2013 in a market such as Japan, where consumers increasingly appreciate quality, certified origin, and Italy\u2019s gastronomic culture, recognised by UNESCO as part of the world\u2019s heritage.<\/span><\/p>\n

This year\u2019s edition will feature a series of activities showcasing the product\u2019s versatility. At West Hall 4, booth FF<\/span>\u2011<\/span>44, seminars on the on the different ages of Grana Padano will be held by cheese expert Yuko Sato, offering participants the chance to deepen their understanding of the distinctive characteristics of this PDO cheese.<\/span><\/p>\n

The program also includes showcooking sessions curated by chef Daisuke Nishiguchi, who will present dishes that highlight the cheese\u2019s aromas, structure, and adaptability to different culinary styles \u2013 from traditional Italian cuisine to Japanese<\/span>\u2011<\/span>inspired creations.<\/span><\/p>\n

Il Grana Padano a novembre 2025 registra un grande slancio nelle vendite del formaggio senza crosta e del marchiato.<\/strong><\/p>

Il mercato del Grana Padano ha chiuso il mese di novembre 2025 con un andamento brillante: le vendite del formaggio senza crosta<\/strong> hanno, infatti, messo a segno un incremento del 5,5% rispetto allo stesso mese del 2024, mentre gli sfridi<\/strong>, che rappresentano un indicatore diretto della domanda del confezionato con crosta, hanno registrato, nello stesso periodo, un aumento del 9,6%<\/strong>. Lo ha reso noto il Direttore Generale del Consorzio del Grana Padano, Stefano Berni<\/strong>.<\/p>

Facendo il bilancio da gennaio a novembre 2025<\/strong> il Grana Padano ha destinato al segmento senza crosta 2.001.578 forme, l\u20191,7%<\/strong> in pi\u00f9 rispetto allo stesso periodo dell\u2019anno precedente. La ripartizione dell\u2019utilizzo evidenzia la predominanza del grattugiato, che assorbe il 79,3%<\/strong> delle forme destinate a questo segmento. Seguono le scaglie<\/strong> con il 10,6%<\/strong>, i pezzetti con il 6,2%<\/strong> e i bocconcini<\/strong> con il 3,9%<\/strong>.<\/p>

Le vendite di prodotto marchiato crescono del 9,4% a novembre<\/strong><\/p>

\u00abPositivo anche l\u2019andamento del Grana Padano marchiato<\/strong>, che a novembre<\/em> \u2013 ha fatto notare il Direttore Generale \u2013 ha registrato un progresso del 9,4%<\/strong> contribuendo a far risalire il dato cumulato durante l\u2019anno oggi attestato al \u20130,2%<\/strong>. La performance di dicembre, attesa come di consueto particolarmente significativa, dovrebbe portare il consuntivo annuale in territorio positivo\u00bb<\/em>.<\/p>

Le previsioni del Consorzio: consumi interni verso il +2% ed export oltre il +3% <\/strong><\/p>

\u00abL\u2019accelerazione di novembre ci permette di guardare con ulteriore fiducia alla chiusura dell\u2019anno<\/em> \u2013 ha fatto notare Berni<\/strong> \u2013 Le vendite di dicembre tradizionalmente danno una spinta aggiuntiva e le premesse ci sono tutte. \u00c8 molto probabile che il mercato italiano chiuda vicino a una crescita del 2%<\/strong>, mentre l\u2019estero potrebbe superare il 3% di aumento<\/strong>. In ogni caso, come sempre, attenderemo i dati ufficiali: a gennaio<\/strong> per il mercato interno e a marzo<\/strong> per l\u2019export\u00bb<\/em>.<\/p>
