Chaleureux, naturel et accueillant, il est parfait pour servir comme pour d\u00e9couper. Il demande toutefois un certain entretien : il doit \u00eatre nettoy\u00e9 avec soin et maintenu au sec.<br \/><strong>Le marbre<\/strong> est \u00e9l\u00e9gant et spectaculaire. Il a l\u2019avantage de conserver une temp\u00e9rature fra\u00eeche, id\u00e9ale pour les charcuteries et les fromages, mais il est plus d\u00e9licat : il peut se tacher et n\u00e9cessite des traitements sp\u00e9cifiques.<br \/><strong>La c\u00e9ramique<\/strong> apporte une touche d\u00e9corative et cr\u00e9ative. Elle est facile \u00e0 nettoyer, mais moins r\u00e9sistante aux chocs et aux coups de couteau.<br \/><strong>L\u2019acier<\/strong> est moderne et professionnel, hygi\u00e9nique, durable et reste frais.
