Elle est tellement ancr\u00e9e dans le langage culinaire qu\u2019elle est devenue l\u2019unit\u00e9 de mesure standard pour le sel, le poivre et l\u2019huile, des recettes traditionnelles aux blogs en ligne.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Un peu<\/strong> : une mesure extr\u00eamement flexible, qui varie selon le contexte.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u00c0 l\u2019instinct<\/strong> : on entre ici dans le territoire de l\u2019intuition pure.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Un filet<\/strong> : utilis\u00e9 surtout pour les liquides, il indique une petite quantit\u00e9\u2026 plus ou moins.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Comme \u00e7a<\/strong> : accompagn\u00e9 d\u2019un geste de la main qui, malheureusement, ne s\u2019exporte pas.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u00c0 toi de voir<\/strong> : le grand classique.
