D\u00e9jalo hervir a fuego suave mientras se cocinan las verduras y se ablandan. Pasados unos 30 minutos, la corteza estar\u00e1 m\u00e1s blanda y el minestrone tendr\u00e1 un sabor intenso a queso. Este paso ayudar\u00e1 a ablandarla y facilitar\u00e1 que se funda. Una vez escurrida, si la parte exterior sigue muy seca, ret\u00edrala con un cuchillo peque\u00f1o y corta la corteza en trozos peque\u00f1os.<br \/>Calienta suavemente la nata para montar hasta que llegue a un hervor ligero. A\u00f1ade tantos trozos de corteza de Grana Padano como desees (te sugerimos 200 g por cada 700 ml de nata) y deja cocer a fuego lento hasta que veas que la corteza empieza a derretirse, aunque queden algunos trocitos sin fundir del todo. Tritura todo con una batidora y, si lo crees necesario, cuela la mezcla.
