Ingredients

4 slices of bread
400 g smoked salmon
20 g finely chopped chives
200 g finely chopped pistachios
150 g milk
50 g Grana Padano aged for 9 to 16 months

Preparation

Bring the milk to a boil, remove it from the heat and add the grated Grana Padano. Stir with a whisk until the Grana Padano has completely melted. Moisten the slices of bread with the Grana Padano sauce and sprinkle with the chopped chives. Add the salmon and roll the bread. Roll the salmon roll in the chopped pistachios and cut it into your chosen shape.
