Strawberry daiquiri and baked potato wedges with Grana Padano
Ingredients1 kg new potatoes
50 g Grana Padano
extra virgin olive oil
1 garlic clove
PreparationWash the potatoes well, then cut them into wedges.
Season them in a bowl with a few tablespoons of olive oil, a sprinkle of smoked paprika and a pinch of salt. Mix well, then arrange the potatoes, well spaced out, on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 45 minutes with an unpeeled clove of garlic, turning them over every so often. When cooked, season with salt, pepper and grated Grana Padano, then grill the potatoes in the oven for 5 minutes until crisp and golden.
Serve the potatoes hot.
Strawberry Daiquiri50 ml white rum
100 g strawberries
30 ml lime juice
10 ml grenadine
Place 3 ice cubes, the strawberry juice, white rum, lime juice and grenadine into a mixer, blend together for a few seconds and then pour the mixture into a glass, garnishing with fresh strawberries.
