Anuga, considered among the most important food fairs in Europe with 7,400 exhibitors from 198 nations and 165,000 visitors, had its 101th edition in Koeln from 9th to 13th October 2021!
Grana Padano was present in the AFIDOP collective stand along with the Consortiums of Asiago, Gorgonzola, Mozzarella di Bufala Campana, and Taleggio cheeses in a space of 150 square meters located in Hall 10.1.
Chef Domenico Gentile held a cooking masterclass on the Sunday, creating 4 dishes with the 4 cheeses. Somelier Claudia Stern explained pairings with various wines on the Monday and Stefania Lettini, Chef and youtuber, explained the properties and history of all the cheeses on the Tuesday.
