Ingredients12 slices sandwich bread
100 g Grana Padano PDO
250 g sliced smoked swordfish
2 beef tomatoes
8 leaves of lettuce
PreparationToast the bread on both sides and begin to compose the club sandwich this way:
Spread some mayonnaise on the first slice, then add two slices of tomato, Grana Padano shavings, lettuce and smoked swordfish. Top with another slice of bread and repeat.
Once ready, slice the club sandwich in half along the diagonal, to obtain two triangles. Pin them with a toothpick and serve at once.
