Rose Lemon Spritzer and Bread Canapés with Bresaola, Rocket, Lemon and Shavings of Grana Padano
Ingredients4 slices homemade bread
80 g bresaola
50 g Grana Padano
extra virgin olive oil
PreparationCut the bread slices in half and toast in the oven for a few minutes.
Put a few rocket leaves, shavings of Grana Padano and a slice of bresaola on each slice.
Dress with lemon juice, a drizzle of olive oil and freshly ground pepper.
ROSE LEMON SPRITZER500 ml grapefruit juice
200 ml lemon-flavoured tonic water
1 tablespoon honey
Fill the glass with ice, pour in grapefruit juice, honey and tonic water, stir with a straw and serve garnished with edible flowers.
