Ingredients100 g blueberries
100 g raspberries
100 g apples (golden delicious, for ex.)
100 g ripe pears (Williams)
100 g low-fat yoghurt
100 g Grana Padano
PreparationBlend the sliced apples with the blueberries, raspberries, yoghurt and chopped pears and leave in the fridge for 10 minutes.
Cut the Grana Padano into chunks and skewer them onto 4 long cocktail sticks.
Pour the smoothie into 4 glasses and serve with the cheese sticks.
