The Grana Padano Protection Consortium and the Prosciutto di Parma Consortium will jointly participate in International Pizza Expo 2026, one of the most important international trade events dedicated to pizza professionals. The show will take place from 24 to 26 March 2026 at the Las Vegas Convention Center \u2013 West Hall.<\/p>\n<p>International Pizza Expo is a global reference point for pizzerias, foodservice operators and industry suppliers, offering a programme featuring competitions, masterclasses, practical demonstrations, and exhibitions on the main trends in the pizza world. The event is expected to welcome around 9,000 visitors and over 350 exhibitors from more than 100 countries, confirming its role as one of the most significant platforms for professional exchange and networking within the sector.<\/p>\n<p>The two Protection Consortia will be present at Booth 2326, where visitors and industry operators will be able to taste Grana Padano PDO and Prosciutto di Parma PDO as part of a dedicated tasting experience designed to engage buyers, partners and professionals from across the international supply chain.<\/p>\n<p>Participation in Pizza Expo 2026 is part of the international activities promoted under the EU\u2011funded three\u2011year programme \u201cDistinctly, Deliciously, European\u201d, which aims to enhance and promote Italian agri\u2011food excellence in foreign markets. nelle vendite del formaggio senza crosta e del marchiato.<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify\">Il mercato del Grana Padano ha chiuso il mese di novembre 2025 con un andamento brillante: le vendite del formaggio <strong>senza crosta<\/strong> hanno, infatti, messo a segno un incremento del 5,5% rispetto allo stesso mese del 2024, mentre gli<strong> sfridi<\/strong>, che rappresentano un indicatore diretto della domanda del confezionato con crosta, hanno registrato, nello stesso periodo, <strong>un aumento del 9,6%<\/strong>. Lo ha reso noto il Direttore Generale del Consorzio del Grana Padano, <strong>Stefano Berni<\/strong>.<\/p><p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify\">Facendo il bilancio <strong>da gennaio a novembre 2025<\/strong> il Grana Padano ha destinato al segmento senza crosta <strong>2.001.578 forme, l\u20191,7%<\/strong> in pi\u00f9 rispetto allo stesso periodo dell\u2019anno precedente. La ripartizione dell\u2019utilizzo evidenzia la predominanza del grattugiato, che assorbe il <strong>79,3%<\/strong> delle forme destinate a questo segmento. La performance di dicembre, attesa come di consueto particolarmente significativa, dovrebbe portare il consuntivo annuale in territorio positivo\u00bb<\/em>.<\/p><p class=\"p1\"><strong>Le previsioni del Consorzio: consumi interni verso il +2% ed export oltre il +3% <\/strong><\/p><p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><em>\u00abL\u2019accelerazione di novembre ci permette di guardare con ulteriore fiducia alla chiusura dell\u2019anno<\/em> \u2013 ha fatto notare <strong>Berni<\/strong> \u2013 <em>Le vendite di dicembre tradizionalmente danno una spinta aggiuntiva e le premesse ci sono tutte. \u00c8 molto probabile che il mercato italiano chiuda vicino a una crescita del <strong>2%<\/strong>, mentre l\u2019estero potrebbe superare il <strong>3% di aumento<\/strong>.
