Desenzano del Garda (BS), 15 May 2025 \u2013 The protection Consortia of Grana Padano and Prosciutto di Parma, two of the most renowned Italian PDOs, will be present from 18 to 20 May at the National Restaurant Association Show (NRA) in Chicago, as part of the European campaign \u201cDistinctly, Deliciously, European”. This project, funded by the European Union, celebrates the quality, tradition, and legendary taste of these ambassadors of Made in Italy around the world.<\/p>\n

The NRA fair is one of the most important global events for the restaurant industry and the largest gathering of professionals in the sector in the Western Hemisphere, with over 2,250 exhibiting companies and 900 product categories represented, offering an extraordinary showcase of the latest market innovations.<\/p>\n

At stand 13540, Lakeside Pavilion, the Consortia will offer tastings of Grana Padano and Prosciutto di Parma, welcoming stakeholders, industry operators, and enthusiasts of authentic European flavours.<\/p>\n

Renato Zaghini, President of the Grana Padano PDO Consortium, commenting on the participation in this international event of the world’s most consumed PDO cheese, stated: “We bring the authentic taste of Europe to Chicago, allowing people to savour the excellence and craftsmanship that have always distinguished our products.”<\/p>\n
