During this edition, several activities are planned to highlight the versatility of the cheese.<\/p>\n

In particular, on Monday 27th in the afternoon, there is the opportunity to taste the creative cocktails of renowned bartender Cristian Hornos at the Grana Padano stand (Hall14 – Stand D25E<\/strong>).<\/p>\n

On Tuesday 28th at 12.30 p.m., star chef Jordi Cruz is hosting a conference in the fair\u2019s auditorium to talk about the added value of using Grana Padano in haute cuisine.<\/p>\n
