From 17th to 21st February, Grana Padano is present at the 30th edition of the renowned Gulfood Exhibition held in Dubai\u2019s World Trade Centre.<\/p>\n

Gulfood, is the world’s largest annual food & hospitality show in the middle east and Asia. It encompasses a wide range of sectors: Food & Drink, Beverage Equipment, Restaurant & Caf\u00e9 and Food Service & Hospitality. Gulfood offers food professionals the opportunity to discover the latest products, analyse market trends, meet global suppliers, and seek new collaborations and partnerships. This vibrant event brings together stakeholders from around the world to engage in dialogue and discussions through educational forums, training programs, competitions, awards, and live presentations. New trends and developments in the food and beverage industry, foodservices, hospitality equipment and the restaurant and cafe sectors are also showcased and demonstrated.<\/p>\n

This year, Gulfood celebrates its 30th edition, hosting over 5,500 exhibitors from more than 130 countries across 24 pavilions, unveiling new business opportunities and addressing evolving global challenges.<\/p>\n

The Consorzio is located in the Italian Sector of the Dairy Pavillion, Stand A1-34<\/strong>, offering product tastings of Grana Padano aged around 16 months and Riserva 20-24 months, for the hospitality of its members and customers.<\/p>\n

Chef Francesco Romano<\/strong>, based in Dubai, is hosting daily cooking demonstrations at around 1 pm.<\/p>\n
