Desenzano del Garda, 18 October 2024 – From 19 to 23 October<\/strong>, the Consorzio Tutela Grana Padano<\/strong> will be present at SIAL in Paris<\/strong>, the world’s leading food innovation fair, which celebrates its 60th anniversary<\/strong> this year. More than 7,500 exhibitors representing over 130 countries are expected, with international visitors accounting for two thirds of the attendees.<\/p>\n

The world’s most consumed PDO cheese will be present at the event in the AFIDOP collective<\/strong> with the Consorzi di Tutela del Taleggio, Asiago, Gorgonzola, and Mozzarella di Bufala. The stand, ready to welcome decision makers, buyers, and other operators in the food sector during the five-day event, covers an area of 165 square metres in Hall 7<\/strong>, Stand B 109<\/em>.
The Italian PDO Cheese Association and Grana Padano Brand Ambassador in France<\/strong>, Denny Imbroisi<\/strong>, have planned 3 days of a special catering service highlighting the 5 cheeses in 5 exclusive recipes specially created by the chef in the name of vitality and conviviality. <\/p>\n

The Grana Padano ProtectionConsortium, which will also offer product tastings of Grana Padano aged 16-month and Riserva Over 24-month, has always considered Sial to be an event of great interest, not only because of the opportunity to meet and compare notes with numerous realities of the international dairy sector, but also because, emphasises the Consortium’s General Manager, Stefano Berni<\/strong>: \u00abthe French market represents an important slice of our exports, which grew by 7.43 per cent in 2023, reaching a record 293,182 wheels\u00bb<\/em>.<\/p>\n
