Grana Padano is present at the 68th edition of the famous Summer Fancy Food<\/strong> show held at the Javits Center<\/strong>, NY<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The Summer Fancy Food Show is the largest trade-only specialty food event in the United States. Serving up the newest and best in specialty food and beverage, the Summer Fancy Food Show attracts more than 30.000 visitors (2023, +22% vs 2022) including producers, buyers, brokers, distributors, and other industry professionals for three days of product discovery, networking, and business opportunities.<\/p>\n

The Consorzio is present in the Italian Pavillion of the fair, offering product tastings<\/strong> of two different ages of Grana Padano, for the hospitality of its members and customers at booths 2527-2529-2531-2533<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, through the collaboration with GialloZafferano<\/strong>, there are two daily show-cooking<\/strong> by Cookergirl<\/em><\/strong>, Daniele Rossi<\/em><\/strong>, Sivia Barbian<\/em><\/strong> and Riccardo Orfino<\/em><\/strong>, who will take it in turns to create mouthwatering small dishes with Grana Padano for the guests present at the stand.<\/p>\n
