From 18th to 21st March<\/strong>, Grana Padano will be present at the Alimentaria<\/strong> fair at Barcelona – Gran via venue.
Alimentaria is the international reference point for all professionals in the food, beverage and food service industry, thanks to its attractive offer, based on the key markets of the sector and their consumption trends.<\/p>\n

In this edition, the fair enhances its differential values: internationalisation, innovation, gastronomy and specialisation. An unmissable event that multiplies business opportunities with 3,000 exhibiting companies, 29% of which international and from 57 countries; over 100,000 visitors, 24% of which international and from 150 countries; 2,115 buyers from Asia, the United States, Latin America and EMEA.<\/p>\n

On March 18 and 20, during lunchtime, visitors will have the opportunity to witness two live showcookings<\/strong> starring Amelia Plat\u00f3n and Maria Rodas, former Masterchef contestants. On the 18th it will be hosted by Amelia, while\u00a0Maria will host the showcooking on March 20<\/p>\n

On March 19 the Consorzio Tutela Grana Padano stand will host the Tapas Challenge<\/strong> with chef Amelia Plat\u00f3n Galofr\u00e9 and the two influencers Lola Bernabe and Laura L\u00f3pez.<\/p>\n

As part of its presence at the Alimentaria Fair, Grana Padano is organizing a culinary challenge between three talented food influencers that will take place on Tuesday, March 19<\/strong>, 2024. Under the title #TAPASCHALLENGE<\/strong>, Grana Padano’s brand ambassadors Lola Bernabe<\/strong> and Laura L\u00f3pez<\/strong> and chef and influencer Amelia Plat\u00f3n<\/strong> will take part in a challenge to create a unique and original recipe inspired by Italian cuisine, using Grana Padano cheese. The #TAPASCHALLENGE will be judged by a jury composed of industry journalists, food influencers and other prominent personalities. This jury will evaluate the creativity, taste, and presentation of each recipe, selecting the mejor tapa<\/strong><\/em> among the creations of Lola Bernabe, Laura L\u00f3pez and Amelia Plat\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
