WAITING FOR FICO<\/strong>
Knowing and talking about Italian food, meeting those who love food and want to understand its essence and tradition: this will be FICO Eataly World, the world\u2019s largest Italian food park, which will allow the public to experience seeing the best Italian products being made.
In a theme park of 100,000 m2 in Bologna, demonstration fields and educational farms will allow the public to touch the raw materials and its biodiversity. The best Italian companies will transform them in front of the visitors into the best Italian products, whilst explaining the various production phases.
Craft shops, theme restaurants and kiosks will offer products, traditional Italian recipes and dishes with the flavours of today.
FICO Eataly World will therefore let the public experience a \u201cnew ancient\u201d food experience: having fun, rediscovering, learning, and tasting.
Together with those who create these outstanding products every day that are the expression of a territory and which have reached the tables around the world.<\/p>\n

GRANA PADANO PDO AT FICO EATALY WORLD<\/strong>
Since nearly a thousand years, Grana Padano PDO has been produced with the same passion following the recipe created by the Benedictine monks: milk only from the Po valley (Pianura Padana), completely natural processing, precise ageing time, strict quality controls.
For these reasons and tradition, Grana Padano is beloved everywhere and is the world\u2019s best-selling PDO cheese.
Therefore, Grana Padano is one of the oldest, Italian traditional food products among the thousands that are still being produced. Grana Padano appeals to an audience of all ages. Because its production is like a journey through the valley of the largest Italian river (Po River), among the happy people proud of their work every step of the production, from the arrival of the milk in the cauldrons to the fire branding of the wheels, which is the ultimate quality guarantee for the consumers.
